Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using Aria, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Aria ("Aria," "we," "us," or "our"), a service based in California, USA, and govern your use of styledbyaria.com and the app at app.styledbyaria.com (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. By using Aria you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service; not professional advice

Aria provides AI-assisted color analysis, styling suggestions, wardrobe organization, and related features. Recommendations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are provided for your personal, informational use only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not a substitute for professional advice, and you are responsible for your own purchasing and styling decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Aria offers a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Capsule" and "Pro"), billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are shown in the Service.

Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain paid access until then. You may also contact us at team@styledbyaria.com for help cancelling.

Price changes: we may change prices; we will give you advance notice, and changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can avoid future charges by cancelling before your next renewal.
Taxes: prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Aria a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful or infringing;
attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service or its outputs;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or
misuse the Service in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Affiliate links

Some product links in the Service are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are based on your profile and what suits you, not on any commission.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and the Aria name and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services and retailers. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARIA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aria harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to other agreed dispute resolution will be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
